• Successful defense of MAVESA, a subsidiary of Falabella, against a civil action based on an alleged infringement of the trademark BAGIR.
• Successful defense of RTS, a subsidiary of a North American company related to the cellulose industry, against a civil action filed based on an alleged infringement of a utility model that protects a set of adjustable separators.
• Civil action filed on behalf of AGROSUPER against Frigomart for acts of unfair competition.
• Action before the Consejo de Autorregulación y Ética Publicitaria (CONAR) in defense of PRINCIPAL FINANCIAL GROUP INC. against Movistar for improper use of a TV commercial and/or advertising campaign called "Despreocupados".
