The litigation team at SILVA is responsible for the civil, criminal and administrative protection of all our clients' intellectual property assets. Additionally, we advise on issues related to unfair competition, advertising, economic crimes and contentious-administrative matters.

This area is extremely active in the protection of the intangible assets of our clients at the borders of our country, coordinating actions with Chilean Customs, the Police and the Prosecutor's Office in criminal matters and civil judges in precautionary measures and lawsuits. In addition, we conduct lectures and training on control and counterfeiting to mitigate against illegal trade and unfair competition.
